Originally incorporated in 1975 as Westland Agencies Inc., our real estate office has progressed from a small three-person operation to the current staff of 10 people in the Battlefords location. Our office is located at 1541-100th Street. There are 8 licensed realtors and the necessary support staff to assist our clients in the buying and sell of real estate.
Our realtors are actively involved in the local board operation serving as directors and past presidents. As well the realtors and staff are involved in various community organizations.
Local General Manager is Brian Lampitt. Our broker is Archie Robinson.
Westland Agencies growth over the years can be attributed to the acquisition of the Realty World and Century 21 offices, in conjunction with their association with Royal LePage Real Estate. This combination provided Westland Agencies with superb marketing strategies. Our company performs employee relocation services for a number of relocation companies.
In 2010 a transformation began with the name changing to Signature Service Real Estate and in 2012, we moved to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate name completing the transition to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Battlefords. The national affiliation better fulfills our customer needs locally and when relocating across Canada and the U.S.
We are the same people working to satisfy our client’s needs in the Battlefords with approximately 200 years of combined experience. We recognize most challenges associated with buying and selling real estate and our commitment is to provide the most complete and comprehensive service to our clients.
